Bernadette was born in Manila, Philippines and migrated to California at the age of 9 with her family in 1972. Initially lived in Daly City, California and graduated high school in Concord, California. Bernadette graduated and earned her Associate Degree in Business Applications and Computer Specialist Degree at Heald College, San Francisco in 1989. Bernadette and her husband relocated and resided in Vallejo, California in 1991.

She attained her realtor license in 2006, then attained her Real Estate Broker license and opened her own brokerage office (PCH Realty Plus) in 2020. She had also attained her insurance broker license in April 2014 and Notary and Loan Signing Agent since May 2016.

Her brokerage office is now a “one stop shop” for real estate needs, financial and insurance, notary, and loan signing services. Bernadette is a recipient of the “Spirit of Solano” award in 2022 because of her resilience and outstanding work ethic allowed her to be successful, the same dedication and hard work, along with her overachieving attitude for her contributions to the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce and to businesses in Solano County.

Bernadette is a businesswoman who has the Heart, Experience and Knowledge and who professionally possesses an affectionate and caring attitude to the consumers, clients or people in general. She achieved the licenses she holds to be able to contribute to the community by assisting colleagues, peers, families and friends and the general public.
